End User License Agreement

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use POV on a personal device for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with this Agreement.

POV is for users aged 16 and above. By registering for POV, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old, and
• The information you provide during onboarding is accurate and truthful.

POV does not support open user-generated content. Users cannot post custom messages, write their own content, upload media, or engage in chats or comments. User interactions are limited to: sending anonymous "POV" tags to friends, and creating or responding to polls (which may include images) within groups they belong to.

The only information visible to other users is your profile, which includes:

• Username
• First name (optional)
• Last name (optional)
• Birthdate — day and month only (optional)
• Gender (optional)
• Profile Picture (optional)

These fields are submitted during registration and cannot be changed afterward.

✅ You may only update:

• Your profile picture
• Your first and last name

All other profile fields are locked once set. To correct inaccurate information, contact fam@getpov.app.

POV tags vs. custom POVs

There are two types of POVs on the app:

• System-generated POV tags (such as Best Smile, Funniest, Future CEO) are created and curated by POV. Users select from a predefined list. These cannot be customised.
• Custom POVs are user-created POVs that include an image, visible only to members of the group in which they are created. All custom POV images are scanned before being made visible. POV reserves the right to remove any custom POV that violates our policies.

We do not tolerate any inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content or behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, or bullying
• Nudity or sexually explicit imagery
• Threats, impersonation, or intimidation
• Discrimination of any kind
• Inappropriate pictures
• Fake or offensive names or usernames

Violating this policy may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account without warning.

Although POV does not allow messaging, we provide safeguards for editable elements:

• ✅ Filtering: pictures are reviewed automatically and manually.
• 🚩 Flagging: Users can report inappropriate profiles or images.
• 🚫 Blocking: Users can block others within the app.
• ⏱ 24-Hour Action: All reports are reviewed and action taken within 24 hours.

We may edit, remove, or restrict any profile or content that violates this Agreement.

We may suspend or terminate your access to POV at any time if you:

• Violate this Agreement
• Submit or upload offensive profile content
• Misuse the app to harm or harass others
• Engage in any behavior that puts users or the platform at risk

You may terminate your use at any time by deleting your account and the app from your device.

POV is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime or availability
• That all features will be bug-free or compatible with every device

Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the app
• Other users' conduct or profile content
• Exposure to inappropriate or offensive material
• Technical failures, delays, or bugs

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
