Spring 2026 update: Schmoop reactions, faster reveals, fewer taps
What's new in POV this spring — Schmoop reactions on every reveal, snappier session pacing, and a redesigned friends list.
Spring cleaning hit POV this month. The headline change: Schmoop reactions are now baked into every reveal screen. Tap a Schmoop face to react to the result without sending a follow-up POV — it shows up anonymously in the session summary.
Faster reveals
We also tightened session pacing. The reveal animation is roughly 30% faster, and the 'next session' button now appears the moment cooldown ends instead of waiting for a refresh. Small thing, big difference.
Friends list redesign
The friends list got a redesign too. Pinned friends sit at the top, recent POV partners surface below them, and the search bar finally remembers what you typed last time. No more scrolling past 40 names to find your group chat regulars.
As always, none of this changes the core: anonymous polls, no public feed, no follower counts. Just a smoother version of the same POV you've been playing.
